Sophia’s Rugs provides free shipping across the US for orders of at least $100, except for Alaska and Hawaii. For orders under $100, you’ll need to pay a $10 shipping fee. 

Furthermore, We charge shipping to overseas, Alaska, and Hawaii. 


The amount of shipping fee depends on the size and weight of the shipped rug and the customer’s location. Shipments overseas also get additional charges such as customs, which are the customer’s responsibility. Most orders are shipped 24-72 hours after the order is finalized, depending on the stock status of that specific rug. 


You’ll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery time at the time of the shipment from us after the ordering process. Shipping charges for any returns are the customer’s responsibility. Please get in touch with us by phone, email, or texting, if you need to return or exchange the rug you purchased.


Payment Policy


 We deduct the amount of the return from your returned value amount as a restocking fee to make the payment as effortless as possible for you. You’ll see the deducted amount at the return time. So you won’t need to enter the payment info again.


Return Policy for International Customers 


Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a return label to our international customers at this moment. But international customers can still return their rug with their own shipping method.


Customers can’t submit multiple return requests at once. Each return request is processed one at a time. In case a customer wants to return multiple rugs from one order, they should submit a return for each item separately. Each returned rug will require a unique Return Authorization Number. To help your request get processed, please ensure that you address the items correctly.


Return Label


The return label is valid until 7 days after the purchase. If you buy the label from us, you will be required to drop the item off at a choice of the designated drop-off stations. If you don’t want to drop off, you are given an option in the email sent to you. Our team at Sophia’s Rugs can schedule a pickup appointment. 


Please remember that there will be an extra fee associated with this service. In case you didn’t receive the return shipping label by email, please check the spam or trash folder of your inbox because sometimes emails get blocked. If you still can’t find it, please call our customer service. We can provide you with appropriate return info or put in a new return shipment request.




If you want to exchange your rugs, please place a new order for the desired rug. You’ll need to submit a return on the order page here to return your original order.
